(uno por comensal)<br \/>6 cucharadas de salsa romesco<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/peixateriafite.com\/index.php\/product\/caldo-fumet-de-pescado-lavi-sidro-1l\/\">1 Fumet de pescado<\/a><br \/>Un poco de Co\u00f1ac<br \/>200 gramos de frijoles\u00a0<br \/>Harina<br \/>Aceite de oliva<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Utensilios:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/>Cazuela marinera met\u00e1lica<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/>En la cazuela marinera, ponemos un buen chorro de co\u00f1ac, y cuando es caliente lo flameamos.<br \/>Seguidamente, ponemos el romesco, y el<a href=\"https:\/\/peixateriafite.com\/index.php\/product\/caldo-fumet-de-pescado-lavi-sidro-1l\/\"> fumet<\/a>, en no demasiada cantidad, y vamos removiendo con el batidor de varillas.<\/p><p>Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1adimos los frijoles, y dejamos que cueza a fuego bajo, unos<br \/>diez minutos. Aparte, en una sart\u00e9n, enharinamos, y fre\u00edmos el <a href=\"https:\/\/peixateriafite.com\/index.php\/product\/bacalao-skrey-calidad-superior\/\">bacalao<\/a>, con aceite de oliva, con la piel hacia arriba. Cuando es frito, damos la vuelta, y dejamos que se acabe de fre\u00edr.<br \/>Una vez frito, lo dejamos escurrir sobre un papel de cocina, para sacar el exceso de aceite, y todo seguido, ya lo podremos poner en la cazuela.<br \/>Lo corregimos de sal, y dejamos que cueza unos diez minutos m\u00e1s antes de sacarlo a la mesa.<\/p><p>Buen provecho!!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes:4\u00a0 lomos de bacalao de 250 gramos.
